OUR STORY
Sandhya Pruthi (SP) and Sandeep Pruthi (SP) started this venture in 2008 and named it EssPee™, phonetically sounding same as their common initials – S.P.
We have gradually grown this enterprise and continue to do so with total commitment, integrity and transparency in dealings.

EssPee™ has the advantage of having a unique insight into the Mumbai real estate market, through the self-taught 13 years’ experience of an immigrant in this “City of Opportunities”, hunting for an accommodation on lease, growing in career, and then buying real estate for self-use, investment gains, rental income, etc.

EssPee™ is a very relationship oriented enterprise. We firmly believe that a happy customer is a very strong source of future business. We deeply understand that every potential customer looking to buy / lease a house is searching a “HOME”, so we do a thorough profiling before showcasing the options. We would normally understand the requirements of the customer and present a short-list of available options rather than confusing the customer with all our listings. The same logic applies on the other side to sellers. Bringing too many prospective buyers / tenants for a house without a proper understanding / profiling, the success is only a matter of luck.
